Job Description: We are currently working with a well established small animal practice in Newport who are looking for a veterinary surgeon to join them on either a full or part time permanent basis.
This centrally located practice opened in 2008 and since then has gone from strength to strength, maintaining an excellent reputation amongst the local community and a diverse, loyal client base. The supportive team of 4 vets, 3 RVN's a VCA and 5 receptionists include 2 owners, both with over 22 years experience and one of whom is Vet GDP certified.
The surgery boasts a range of equipment including Pro-cyte and analyser, microscopy, separate theatre, cat and dog kennels, capnography, digital x-ray processor, ultrasound, ECG and BP machine. You will have ample opportunities to work up cases as being an established practice they see a whole range of medical and surgical cases and refer very few!
