Job Description: Locum Vet Required | Independent Small Animal Practice | Barnsley
We are working with a lovely independent small animal practice in Barnsley that is seeking locum vet cover for the following dates:
📅 Monday 4th – Friday 8th August
📅 Monday 11th – Friday 15th August
🐾 Role Details
Sole charge position
Supported by two experienced nurses who have been with the practice for many years
Shift times: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Surgery typically closes at 4:30pm (3:00pm on Wednesdays)
After closing, it’s just a matter of holding the phone until the OOH provider takes over at 6:00pm (calls during this period are extremely rare)
Ops are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays only; other days are consult-only
