Our client is looking for a dedicated and caring RVN, with proven management and leadership skills, to share a Head Nurse role with their existing Head Nurse, working collaboratively to manage, develop and support the nursing team and with other senior leaders within their largest branch clinic which is located in Cheadle.
This well equipped branch caters to most of their patient needs and perform both routine and advanced surgical procedures. For anything that does need to be referred, the branch is fully supported by the groups own referral hospital which is only a 5 minute drive away.
Here you will enjoy a supportive environment where CPD is encouraged and funded .Many of their nurses have achieved or are working towards certificates in further studies (anaesthesia, surgery, dentistry) and/or advanced diplomas. They host regular in-house CPD, hold ‘Clinical Club’ meetings every 3 months and the nurses are heavily involved in the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme, infection control, health and safety and quality improvement.
Although the role is ideally full time (at least 4 working days per week) flexible working options will be considered.
