Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a client who looking for a new or recently qualified veterinary surgeon to add to their existing fantastic team of six vets. You will be working alongside medical and surgical certificate holders and GDP advisors as well as a fantastic team of RVNs and support employees to make this an excellent supportive practice for a newly qualified graduate.

The practice particularly prides themselves on bringing together a veterinary team who are proud and love working in a friendly environment where the priorities are supporting and looking after employees, providing first class service to our clients and excellent clinical care of the patients in their hospital.

As you will be part of a Graduate Development Programme, you will be able to embrace a blended learning approach of training days, in-house mentoring, CPD, and clinical practice, creating a varied platform for you to grow and develop as a Veterinary Surgeon. You will be offered both supportive 1-to-1 and group mentoring sessions, for engagement and interaction, as you develop an invaluable skillset. From surgical/medical experience, to enjoying teamwork, providing refined customer service, and gaining business knowledge to support the security of great patient care.

The position consists of a 4-day week and 1 night duty ​(looking after inpatients only) plus weekends on a rota system as part of your 4 days.
