Job Description: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director to join the team at a small animal group on the North Suffolk/Norfolk border.
This role would be based at the groups Thetford branch, working with the groups 2 existing Clinical Directors (each based at the 2 other sites) to manage the three branches and help the practice grow and improve.
Certificates are supported for those who want to go further into a particular area, and the practice currently have certificate holders in Small Animal Medicine, Feline Medicine, Ophthalmology and one vet working towards an ECC certificate.
This is a full-time role, working a 4-day week (36 hours) with participation in a 1: 10-12 out of hours rota (covering out-of-hours until 10pm weekdays, and 5pm weekends) with a Friday off the week after a weekend on-call. The current Clinical Directors get 1 day a week of admin time, but this is flexible if you feel that you need more, or that you'd rather spend more time in clinical work. In addition to the two very experienced practice managers there is also a fantastic admin team that work across all three branches.
