Job Description: An opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at a small animal practice in the charming town of Waterlooville, within touching distance of the beach and South Downs, 10 miles from Portsmouth and with easy transport links into London.
They are looking for a veterinary surgeon, ideally with a surgical bias, who is confident with all routine soft tissue surgery as well as the day-to-day consult cases . For the right candidate, there is a potential partnership opportunity.
You’ll be joining a team of 2 Vets with extensive experience, 4 RVNs, 1 VCA and a wonderful team of receptionists. The RCVS accredited practice is purpose built with 3 consults rooms, a spacious theatre separate dental and x-ray room, ultrasound and an in-house laboratory. They also benefit from a lovely client base, with a high percentage of insured patients making working up your cases much simpler.
Although they are ideally looking for a full time vet, averaging a 40 hours a week, with a full day off each week and only 1:3 Saturdays, applicants looking for part time hours are also welcomed.
Included in the package on offer:
Salary between £40k - £55k (pro rata)
