Job Description: Opportunity available for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a busy small animal practice located 2 miles from Cardiff City Centre with award winning beaches and the Brecon Beacons National Park on their doorstep.
This well equipped practice has full pneumatic orthopaedic suite, CR30 digital x-ray system, dental x-ray, ultrasound scanner, multi-parameter monitors and much more. They have a clinical team comprising of 4 vets (including a small animal surgery certificate holder and a second vet working towards her small animal medicine certificate), 4 RVN's and 2 student nurses. Most advances orthopaedic and soft tissue procedures are performed in house including TPLO's and complex fracture repairs. There is a culture of working up cases to a high standard and freedom to choose the best treatment options for the patient.
There is no OOH and weekends are worked on a shared rota.
