Job Description: Great opportunity available for an additional Large Animal Vet to join the growing 3 small animal vet, 5 large animal vet, 2 nurse team at established mixed practice that prides itself on the delivery of excellent animal health services.
Based at their Newry surgery the role will include a flexible mix of clinical work with dairy, beef, and sheep herds covering all Veterinary requirements for beef and dairy herds, and sheep flocks, including reproduction – Fertility, and Scanning, Health Plans, Disease Investigation, and many more opportunities to develop your own client base.
They are looking for a hard working and caring vet who enjoys a large, mixed caseload. The role would suit an experienced vet but they equally welcome recent graduates who will be well supported with experienced colleagues, one to one support if required and active tuition given for rapid development as well as associated supported CPD.
Newry city sits in a valley, between the Mourne Mountains, Ring of Gullion and the Cooley mountains all of which are designated areas of outstanding natural beauty. It is also ideally located within an hour’s drive from both Dublin and Belfast.
