Job Description: Exciting opportunity available for an amazing vet to join the awesome, professional and supportive team at a lovely RCVS accredited hospital situated in rural surroundings just outside a charming village between Grimsby and the market town of Louth in Lincolnshire.

Our client is looking for a vet who shares their ethos of delivering a superb service to their patients and clients and will fit in with their work family. Attitude and potential are more important than experience and they will consider any level of experience and full or part time roles for the right candidate,. Someone with excellent communications skills, who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a friendly, cheerful team is essential.

This beautiful hospital has developed from farm building to state of the art facilities and is set in lovely rural surrounding conducive to excellent working conditions ans is equipped with everything you could wish for including laparoscopy, endoscope, ultrasound, digital x-ray. They have extensive orthopaedic equipment and offer referral services including hip replacement. They are near the Lincolnshire Wolds, an area on natural beauty, and have good road links. Property prices are reasonable and the schools in the area are excellent. They also have a busy branch surgery in the seaside town of Cleethorpes, a short walk from the beach. The practice is proud to be part of the PSS scheme to ensure best practice and has been accredited as a Gold Standard Cat Friendly Clinic.

Their team comprises experienced vets, including certificate holders supported by an excellent team of nurses and support staff. Group discussion with a nurturing environment is encouraged as is desire to progress to post-graduate certificates, supported both financially and by the excellent mentoring of the teams senior vets. The well being of the team is paramount with support offered to enhance mental and physical health, There are regular staff treats such as tea and toast or breakfast provided!

The role is ideally full time however part time hours or alternative shift patterns will be considered for the right candidate. If full time this will consist of a 4 day week and 1 night duty plus weekends on a rota system as part of your 4 days.
