Job Description: A Veterinary Surgeon who is looking for flexible hours and a good work life balance?
Our client has been caring for the pets of Leeds since 1958, and our veterinary team have over 200 years of experience, meaning they know how to deliver a top-quality service. They currently have an opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon (or a couple) to join the amazing team at their 5 site, small animal practice in Leeds.
You would be joining 13 Vets, who have a variety of special interests and certificates, and are supported by an excellent team of nurses and receptionists. The practice is well-equipped with all the usual toys and is proud to be both a nurse training practice, and a host practice for final year Surrey Veterinary students.
You would be joining the practice at an exciting time, as they are in the process of expanding and have just opened a new site complete with additional consulting rooms, operating theatres, a dental suite, separate dog and cat wards, and a dedicated ultrasound room.
This is a permanent position and would suit a Vet with experience and who is looking to provide a high standard of patient and client care as part of a friendly and supportive team.
The full-time rota is a 4-day week (one 11-hour shift and three 9-hour shifts), and weekends are around one every 5, with 2 days given off the following week after a weekend worked. Part-time/flexible hours can be discussed.
