Job Description: We’re delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking, multi-vet small animal hospital with a reputation for clinical excellence, innovation, and career development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon seeking a consult-focused role in a busy, supportive environment.
The Role
Primarily consult-based, with 30-minute sick pet consults and inpatient care
4-day working week (Monday–Friday)
1 in 4 weekends (10hr Sat / 10hr Sun, no sole charge, mainly ECC & inpatient care)
Optional mix with hospital/inpatient shifts for vets with imaging experience or a passion for hospitalised cases
Opportunity for a vet with an interest in ophthalmology to develop dedicated clinics and procedure days (with large referral potential)
Please note: This position is not suitable for new graduates. We’re looking for confident vets with solid UK practice experience who can thrive in a busy, advanced clinical setting.
