Job Description: Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join the passionate and friendly 2 vet team at a practice located just 6 miles from central Southampton.
This RCVS accredited small animal practice is well-equipped with air-conditioned consulting rooms and theatre. It has separate cats and dog wards and an isolation ward, an ultrasound machine, digital x-ray, dental x-ray and an inhouse lab. To top it all, most of their clients are insured, which will make your life easier and your patients healthier.
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon who would enjoy a varied small animal case load, who already has experience in first opinion practice and feels comfortable consulting and confident in routine surgery.
Whilst you will get the chance to work autonomously with some sole charge and have the clinical freedom to treat your patients as you need, you can also benefit from working as part of an experienced and friendly team.
Admin time will be factored into your week, there are no OOH's and the practice is closed on Sundays.
