Job Description: An opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the friendly OOH team at a hospital in Merseyside.

You would be working at a tier 3 hospital which is a training practice that is fully equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, various scopes, dental radiography, CO2 laser, laparoscopic equipment, 64 slice CT scanner and a 1.5T MRI scanner. The hospital is located close to the vibrant cities of Liverpool and Manchester with great travel links and close by to the airports. For the outdoor lovers there is easy access to the beautiful countryside of Wales and the Lake district.

There is a close relationship with the referral side of the practice and the successful candidate will be someone who is client and patient care focused with an interest in working their cases up to a high standard and working alongside a brilliant team. Individual progression is encouraged and supported by the practice.

The rota:

Monday-Friday 5pm-9pm
Saturday/Sunday days – 12hr shifts
8am-8pm Bank holidays – minimum 4 per annum
